Raven Workbench

Raven Workbench is a comprehensive suite of applications designed to enhance and replace the capabilities of Raven Pro, and support your audio analysis and passive acoustic monitoring workflow.

Our goal is to provide a set of modern software tools that are easier to use and focused on various steps in the Passive Acoustic Monitoring (PAM) analysis workflow.

Why?

Raven Pro has been in development for over 20 years. The methods and approach for analyzing acoustic data has changed over that time, and we need new tools that are easier to use, more flexible, and more modern to adapt to these changes.

By separating the features into smaller simple applications sharing a common core, we can be more flexible and responsive when adding new features.

Raven Workbench is free!

We believe that everyone should have access to the best tools for audio analysis and passive acoustic monitoring, regardless of budget or resources. That's why we're making Raven Workbench available at no cost to users.

What about Raven Pro / Raven Lite?

Maintaining legacy software takes a lot of work. Eventually we will no longer sell or support Raven Pro, replacing it with the new Workbench apps.

Legacy downloads will still be available. We will release a version with updated license terms allowing free access to it after support ends.
