“Serial Number Error”
Description
Solution #1
Raven cannot be registered with your customer number or order number. Raven serial numbers have at least 20 letters and numbers. If you did not receive an email from birds-ecommerce@cornell.edu with subject line Raven Lite License or Raven Pro license, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact Raven Support.
Solution #2
You may be trying to register Raven Lite with a Raven Pro serial number, or a Raven Pro with a Raven Lite serial number. Look at the Raven registration dialog to see what version you are registering. If you have installed the wrong version, please download the desired installer from Raven Pro or Raven Lite.
