Getting help with Raven

There are several ways to get help with Raven.

• You can find a solid introduction to Raven in the Introductory Video Documentation series.
• The Raven Pro User’s Manual offers a more comprehensive view of Raven features and user interface.
• Raven Pro New Features discusses features that were added to Raven Pro after the Raven Pro User’s Manual was published.
• We have placed the answers to many commonly-asked support questions in Raven Pro FAQs and Raven Lite FAQs.
• If you can’t find what you are looking for the FAQ sections, complete a support ticket.
• Raven support requests can also be emailed to raven_support@cornell.edu.
• Attend one of our Sound Analysis Workshops.
